2024 LG Poll: Hon. Jibril Agbas-Strategy Declares Interest For Igalaogba Councillorship, Express Confidence Of Winning

The Chairman, Forum of Kogi East Publicity Secretary's of All Progressive Congress (APC), Hon. Jibril Agbas-Strategy, says he is waiting to be sworn in as Councillor Representing Igalaogba Ward in Idah Local Government Area.

Hon. Jibril stated this on Thursday 25th, July, 2024 during his official declaration to contest for Councillor Representing Igalaogba Ward in the forthcoming 2024 Local Government Council Election under the platform of the All Progressive Congress (APC) held at Igalaogba in Idah Local Government.

He said his declaration was to officially seek the support of the ward Executives of the APC for the actualization of his aspiration.


Hon. Jibril who is also the APC Public Relations Officer (PRO) for Idah Local Government, noted that the people of Igalaogba Ward are concerned about the quality of person to represent them at the Local Government Council, saying he is the most qualified Aspirant.

While seeking for their support, Hon. Jibril assured the teeming youths of Igalaogba Ward of using the position to attract employment opportunities, empowerment schemes and infrastructural development to the area.


He called on the party delegates to assess him as well as other aspirants before making their decisions to avoid mistakes that will last till another election year.

In a remark, Chairman of All Progressive Congress (APC), Igalaogba Ward, Mr. Yakubu Sule commended Hon. Jibril Agbas for taking the bold step.


He assured him of the party's readiness to create a level playing ground for all aspirants in the forthcoming Local Government Poll.

Present at the event are Igalaogba Ward Principal officers of the All Progressives Congress, APC Idah Local Government Youth Leader, Comrade Danlami Ike, Ambassador Maryam Hope Alhassan as well as the APC Opuata Ayija Unit Chairman of Igalaogba Ward among others.
