Living Faith Church, Winners Chapel Donates Borehole to Post Flood Estate to Mark 70 years Anniversary of Bishop David Oyedepo


The Living Faith Church, also known as Winners Chapel, has provided a borehole for the Post Flood Housing Estate, Lokoja.


Flagging off the drilling of the borehole, the State Pastor of the Church,  Israel Akinsonyade said the provision of the borehole was part of the corporate social responsibility of the Church and to mark the seventy birthday of the General Overseer of the Church, Bishop David Oyedepo.



Pastor Israel stated that the Estate was considered in view of its hospitality and the need to reduce the water scarcity facing the people.


The State Pastor explained that life was not all about consumption, but contribution, stressing that the people should acknowledge God in all their endeavors.


"Let me make it clear that life is not all about consumption, but contribution, therefore, I appeal to all meaning people, individuals and corporate bodies to identify the needs of the people, individuals and communities in order to assist. When you make the life of people better, then, God will increase your wealth ", he stated.


He appealed to the community to take good care of the borehole and promised that the Church will continue to play its role at putting smiles on the people.


Responding, the Chairman of the Estate, Comrade Samuel Atuluku said the contribution of the Living Faith Church to the growth of the community will remain indelible.


Comrade Atuluku expressed appreciation to the State Pastor for the gesture, adding that the message of the Winners Chapel will be conveyed to members of the community and prayed God to reward the Church.


The General Overseer of Living Faith Church will clock seventy years on the twenty seventh of this month.
